Observed tea containers with labels missing address the product is made from. Per person in charge (PIC) the product is from a local vender and provided an invoice. Invoice was missing address product is made from. Unable to provide proper permitting from tea vender. The mint tea, summer blossom, lavender lo-fi, and rose tea were placed under a true embargo. Discussed with PIC All food must be obtained from an approved source as defined by law. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection 6-10-26

Observed items in packages with no labeling. Per person in charge (PIC), the baked good were purchased day prior to inspection. All items were embargoed at time of inspection. PRIORITY VIOLATION-7-204.11, P: Sanitizers, Criteria-Chemicals. - Observed 3-compartment sink with chlorine sanitizer, which tested above 200 ppm. Establishment utilized chlorine sanitizer for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Person in charge (PIC) remade sanitizer solution & the sanitizer solution retested at 100 ppm. Sanitizer must test between 50 to 100 ppm & must be tested every time solution is made. Correct By: Corrected At Time Of Inspection
