Internal temperature of 47*F for strawberry smoothie in display refrigeration unit. Per operator, strawberry smoothie cups had been portioned out early in the day around 8am. It had been past 4 hour during inspection time and operator voluntarily discarded 9 cups of smoothies at time of inspection. TCS food items shall be cold held at 41*F or below. Operator is instructed not to use refrigeration unit until verified at 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Additional refrigeration units at 41*F or below are available in kitchen area. Refrigeration digital thermometer at exterior of unit observed fluctuating between 42*F-50*F. A re-inspection will be conducted to verify the 41*F or below. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
