Observed handwashing sink at the bar was blocked with some drainage mats. PIC moved the mats to make the handwashing sink accessible. All handwashing sinks must be kept clear for handwashing and be supplied with soap and single use paper towels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
