Observed slight organic buildup on shelving wires. Food must be stored in packages, covered containers, or wrapping to protect food from potential contamination. PIC stated door was opened for air flow into the establishment during operation. PIC closed door at time of inspection. Informed PIC that outer openings must be closed to prevent pest contamination from the premises. Suggested PIC seal the outer netted door to ensure pests cannot enter from outer premises.
