Observed handwashing sink in outdoor cooking area used for storing fire tending tool and skewers after cooking. PIC relocated all items blocking handwash sink at time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed chimichurri (contains tomatoes) in display cooler with tops of containers secured measuring at 45F-47F. PIC reports it was made within twenty minutes of inspection and has cooled from room temperature. PIC placed containers in reach in cooler and removed tops for rapid cooling. TCS foods must be cooled in: uncovered/loosely covered, shallow containers less than 4 inches deep, in equipment designed to rapidly cool, by using an ice bath, by using ice as an ingredient, or another effective means. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
