Inspector's notes

-- In men's restroom, observed urinal overfilled with urine that was unable to drain into sewage disposal system. Urine was overflowing onto floors when attempting to flush. Sanitary toilet facilities require proper disposal of human waste. At the time of inspection, the person in charge covered the urinal to prevent further usage and instructed an employee to clean/sanitize the restroom floors. The PIC also placed a work order for repairs at the time of inspection. The inspector verified no other active sewage occurring in the establishment. The establishment has adequate toilet facilities to safely remain open while awaiting repairs. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
