Observed quat sanitizer dispensing at 500 PPM in three compartment sink. PIC was instructed to dilute solution to bring concentration levels to 200-400 PPM. Service tech will not be available until Tuesday. Will re-inspect on 9.22.26. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.

Observed upright reach-in cooler with an internal temperature of 48*f. Equipment did not have any food stored inside at time of inspection. PIC stated is not used regularly and disconnected and marked out of order until further notice. Cold holding equipment must have the capacity to maintain TCS foods at 41°F or below. Must repair cold holding equipment such that it maintains TCS foods at 41°F or below. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
