Observed the floor drain for the walk-in cooler drain line slow to drain at the time of inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. PIC has already placed a work order for the floor drain at the time of inspection. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a case of raw eggs stored on the top shelf above packaged drinks/food. Raw animal proteins, foods and cooked RTE foods shall be separated by types of raw animal foods from each other during storage, arranging each type of food in equipment so that cross contamination is prevented.
