Observed several drain lines in from the soda fountain full inside floor drains in the back storage room. Educated PIC that all drain lines leading to a floor drain are required to maintain a 1" air gap to prevent backflow. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Correct prior to next routine inspection.
