Person in charge could not determine last time foods were holding at 41*F. Milk, yogurt, meat, and cheese holding at 45-52*F voluntarily discarded. Remaining items holding at 44-43*F moved to neighboring unit holding an ambient temperature at 39*F. PRIORITY VIOLATION-3-501.16(A)(2) and (B) - Priority: Time/Temperature Control for Safety Food, Cold Holding.
