Provide an additional approved handwashing sink in the main cook line area. Handwashing sinks must be centrally located, visible, and directly accessible within 25-feet of all food/beverage preparation, food/beverage dispensing, ware washing, wait stations, and similar workstation areas. Barriers must not physically and/or operationally obstruct the hand washing facility. Metal splashguards must be installed between the hand sink and food/ beverage/ utensil related areas within 24-inches of the hand sink.2. Provide the 3 Rheem Tankless water heaters as indicated on your submitted plans to meet the minimum hot water demands of the fixtures in the facility.3. Provide a metal cove base at the floor/wall junctures on the inside and exposed outside potions of the walk in units. Do not use ceramic, cove base quarry tile on the walls of the walk-in units.4.
