Observed cheese sticks 49*F, peeled hardboiled eggs 48*F, meat and cheese pack 53*F, snack pack with meat and cheese 49*F in the sandwich cooler. Except during preparation, cooking, cooling or when time is used as a control all TCS foods must be maintained at 41°F or below. PIC could not determine the length of time the product was above 41*F. All TCS foods improperly cold held were discarded by PIC at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
