Observed at hand sink for the cook line and the service hand wash sink in front of the bathrooms with caulking that is separated with pink to black organic matter. Prep sink on the cook line is missing caulking. Discussed with PIC all fixed equipment must be sealed if it is not easily removable in order to clean properly. Per Person in Charge (PIC) a work order will be put in to have that fixed. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
