Inspector's notes

The establishment is using portable AC units but are using the handwashing sink faucet located next to the grill to supply the water and drain for the unit. Person in charge (PIC) did not want to mess with the unit and did not want to disconnect the hose from the faucet at the time of inspection. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Reinspection will be conducted on or before 9/19. Corrective Action: Correct prior to re-inspection.
