In the walk-in cooler observed chicken salad in clamshell containers with the prep date of 2/19/26. The food item was held past 7 days without discarding. The food item was embargoed and voluntarily discarded at the time of inspection. RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1).
