Equipment was being washed in the 3-compartment sink without sanitizer. The person in charge (PIC) was shown the proper methods for cleaning sanitizing equipment. The PIC stated they will send all equipment to be wash in the main kitchen. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
