The person in charge stated the quesadilla bread is not prepared in the establishment and is prepapred in a home kitchen to be sold in the establishment. Discussed approved source for foods, cottage foods information, and provided cottage food in restaurants guidance document. The person in charge removed the quesadilla bread from sale at the time of inspection.
