Person-in-charge (PIC) diluted sanitizer buckets and sanitizer sink at three compartment sink at time of inspection to the appropriate level according to manufacturers specifications. Discussed the importance of proper sanitizer levels and proper monitoring of sanitizer levels. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
