Observed both men's and women's restroom without handwashing signage. Both restrooms are used by employees. The establishment shall have approved hand washing signage at all hand sinks used by employees. Inspector provided Maricopa County hand washing signage in both English and Chinese to manager. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

No time-and-temperature control for safety (TCS) foods inside the unit were out of temperature during the inspection. Cooling foods in unit were cooling within proper time and temperature parameters. Instructed person in charge (PIC) to move all cooling foods into connected freezer unit and leave door to freezer unit open to lower air temperature of walk-in refrigerator.
