Observed cannellini beans from a can, anchovies from a can, raspberry jam (heat-treated), and lemon curd (containing egg yolk) being kept beyond their discard date (dates they were made/opened from can ranging from May 9th for lemon curd to May 19th for cannellini beans). Informed person in charge (PIC) that RTE/TCS foods requiring date marking must be date marked within 24 hours and sold or discarded after 7 days (including the day it was made as day 1). All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

MCEHC Chap. 8, Sec. 2, Reg 4(d) [4] - All dog waste shall be placed in a fly-tight container located adjacent to the patio area and disposed of outside of the food establishment in an appropriately covered waste receptacle. Equipment used to clean the outdoor patio must be kept outside of the food establishment.
