Observed a leaking atmospheric vacuum breaker (AVB) at the mop sink. In addition, the AVB was missing its cover. The establishment shall maintain all plumbing in good repair. Discussed replacing the AVB backflow prevention device with the owner. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
