Observed the following food items cold holding at internal temperature of 48-50 deg F in the top portion of a reach in unit that was holding >41 deg F raw chorizo, sliced cherry tomatoes, chickpeas yellow vegan cheese, precooked sausage. Manager informed these food items had been cold holding since night prior and discarded Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
