Observed various spots throughout the cold units in the retail store where greenish, black growth was spreading on the backsplash. Alerted the manager, who called the cleaning team who immediately addressed and cleaned affected areas. Discussed the importance of visually inspecting shelfing for cleanliness at frequent intervals, Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
