Inspector's notes

Observed bakery area uses a high temp dishwasher for sanitizing wares, but no testing devices available for checking final rinse temperature. Per employees, temp dots had run out recently. Employee left and retrieved stickers from alternate store at time of inspection - reviewed keeping temperature devices available for high temp sanitizers. Sanitizing using high temperature warewashing machines requires an irreversible measuring device to ensure food contact surfaces reach 160°F. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
