This establishment received a(n) B Grade and had 0 Priority, 1 Priority Foundation violations on this inspection.PIC emailed a copy of inspection report.There must be someone in the establishment with a Managers Food Handlers license during business hours.Discussed with PIC proper methods for cutting fruits that will go on drinks. Employees must wear gloves to cut fruits that will be in or on top of drinks. Discussed with PIC if sanitizer line is not pulling sanitizer employees must manually make up sanitizer and test. The quat sanitizer range should be 150-400 PPMOn July 1st, 2023, the Environmental Services Department started emailing permit card(s) and permitinvoice(s) to permittees. Observed handwashing sink to the left of three compartment sink in the bar with a dish scrubber in it. Handwashing sinks are for washing hands only and must stay free of anything else to ensure hands do not get contaminated in hand washing process. PIC corrected and moved into three compartment sink.
