Core-3-304.14, C: Wiping Cloths, Use Limitation Observed a bucket of sanitizing solution with wet cloths in it with no sanitizer in it after testing with test strips. Had person in charge change solution in bucket to the proper amount of 200 to 400ppm with Quat. Discussed checking sanitizer buckets between each shift with person in charge :
