Inspector's notes

Observed handwashing sink next to the 3 compartment sink in the back storage area that sputtered water unless turned in a particular direction. Per person in charge, they had attempted to clean the faucet head earlier that month. Advised PIC to contact a plumbing service to resolve the issue. Must repair all plumbing to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. All plumbing must be maintained in good repair at all times. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
