All RTE/TCS foods past 7 days of preparation were discarded by PIC at the time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

At time of inspection observed various meats and cheeses at 46-50*F. It was determined that unit was defrosting. After defrost cycle, unit and food were holding below 41*F.
