Discussed with person in charge that only pesticides to be used in establishment must be applied by a certified applicator. Person in charge discarded bug killer spray. Observed establishment using chlorine as a sanitizer in 3 comp-sink, but could not provide chlorine test strips. Discussed with person in charge that chlorine test strips must be available to measure chlorine concentration at all times. Chlorine concentration for sanitizing must be between 50ppm and 100ppm. Manager ordered new test strips. Reinspection to occur in about 10 days. Correct By: Correct Prior To Reinspection
