Performed onsite visit and spoke to the person in charge regarding remodel plans and food labels. The person in charge stated no construction related to remodel plans has taken place or is scheduled to take place. Plans for remodel are on hold for the time being. The person in charge stated no candied apple packaged food items are being made or provided to other retailer for sale. The person in charge confirmed there is no intent to sell prepackaged candied apples or other packaged food items to grocery retailers. Establishment sells packaged hard candies onsite for retail and provided the food labels used. Food labels were uploaded to EDMS.

Advisory inspection conducted with Erick and Cheryle.Inspection report emailed to Erick and Cheryle.Discussed the progress on the set of plans for the remodel. Plans have modifications that are being conducted. No Construction is in process.A list of each apple ingredient was provided for review. Facility is in process of labels being created. Email a copy of the ingredients for the various apples that will be sold via packaged retail. No proof copy has been provided by the labeling company. Requested that the a copy of the labeling proof be emailed to inspector to ensure that all labeling criteria is met and no additional changes are required after printing.No County legal action will result from this inspection
