Various areas with damaged walls, coved base, or flooring. Areas noted with PIC including coved base below many sinks and ware wash areas, flooring tile below A/C unit in back area of kitchen, and wall behind prep sink. Largest damage was noted below hand wash station in service area with a hole about 3 inchs in diameter in the wall.
