Observed the meat band saw covered with a rug, boxes, and small white dry particles and all prepping tables covered with brown/ yellow/white powders. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) all food-contact surfaces must be cleaned to sight and touch. PIC started to wash the prep table and relocate rug and boxes. Discussed once meat band saw is cleaned to protect with food grade bags or food grade plastic wrap. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection

Discussed with PIC Labeling shall contain 1) Name of Product; 2) Processor Name; 3) Processor Address or Phone Number; 4) Ingredients; 5) Approximate Weight; 6) In English.
