Observed a wall mounted chemical dispenser hooked directly to mop sink faucet downstream of a atmospheric vacuum breaker device (AVB) while the system was under full pressure. Water was turned off and hose was disconnected at time. Please ensure only approved plumbing systems are used and AVB devices are not submit to constant pressure or abuse. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
