Santa Fe style with chicken and chicken Caesar salad bowls with expirations dates of 2/19/25 found in reach-in cooler. PIC removed the salads from the cooler to discard them after contacting permit holder. Please ensure date marked TCS food items are reviewed, rotated, and discarded as necessary. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
