-- Observed multiple food equipment such as a strainer and knives inside hand sink across from the 3-compartment sink. Reviewed hand sink limitations with the PIC - Hand wash sinks must be: • Maintained so accessible at all times. • Not used for any purpose other than handwashing. PIC will ensure establishment discontinues use of handwash sink for all activities that are not for handwashing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
