Observed no hand drying provisions at the hand wash sink near the mop sink. Employee re-stocked paper towels at hand wash sink at time of inspection. Each handwashing sink must be provided with hand drying provisions at all times. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Observed bags of cooked chicken, mashed avocado, and roast beef improperly thawing in warm water located in the prep sink. Employee moved all the thawing items to the walk-in at time of inspection. All foods being thawed from frozen must be thawed in an approved manner. Foods must be thawed under refrigeration, under cold running water, or as part of the cooking process. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
