Final construction inspection. Construction complete and approved.This establishment/operation has been evaluated and qualifies for the issuance of the permit. To complete the permitting process, meaning issuance of this permit, and begin operation, the applicant must first submit payment of the annual operating permit fee to the Department’s Administrative Services. Note that fees paid up to this inspection approval did not include the annual operating permit fee. PAYMENT with a credit/debit card can be made via phone at 602-506-6824, Option 2. Payment with a credit/debit card can be made on-line via select “Pay a Fee” at esd.maricopa.gov. Please note that if you select payment via online, the annual operating permit fee invoice may take up to 7 business days to post online. Checks and money orders are also accepted via US Mail. If you select payment via US Mail. Pre-final walk through with the superintendent. The following items were discussed:1). Escutcheon plate will be installed in side the structure for the fire riser wall penetration.2). Drain pan drain will be punched through the water heater platform. Finish out the penetrations and lead to the mop sink.3). All wall penetrations at the mop sink will e finished out with escutcheons, same in bathrooms.4). Cleanout covers will be installed, throughout.5). All exterior doors will be self closing and insect tight.6). Dishwasher drain will be clamped to the copper drain.7). Hand wash sink in the back room and drop in fixtures in the front service area will be siliconed in.8). Please finish out and see if you can close the gap between the flooring and wood under the front counter.9). Please adjust the flex hose drain line of the dual check valve of the coffee brewer. It is nice that it follows gravity flow now but it is in the way of cleaning, Lead along the wall and then forward to the drain in place and zip tie.10). Al backflow valves will be tested and certified before final inspection.11). There are a few holes in the wall and base in the drive through in the south east corner, please repair.12). Caulk the gap in the window frame at the drive through.After power is connected the light intensity at the three compartment sink will be evaluated. One fixture may need to be moved.There is no ceiling above the water heater platform. There should be and this will not be approved in the future.No County legal action will result from this inspection.E-mailed to superintendentAt time of final make sure that all refrigeration is on and holding at proper temperatures.

Plumbing inspection conducted with site superintendent, Cody permission. Discussed inspection via phone at conclusion of inspection.At the time of this inspection, this project was about 20% complete. Inspection report was emailed to Cody.Please continue with construction according to plans, stipulation letter, and inspections. Rough plumbing installed. Pex downstream of RO (not installed) confirmed. Fixtures and floor drains are to plan.Prior to final:1. Provide backflows as stipulation letter states. Confirmed that superintendent has stipulation letter for more details.Please call (602) 526-0917 or the inspection request line 602-506-6824 for an equipment/construction inspection between 50 - 75% completion of project or if an additional onsite walk-through is needed.
