Observed several clear dishes that were stacked together on a dish drying rack with observable water still trapped inside of the nested containers. The person in charge separated the nested pans so they could finish air-drying. Discussed with person in charge to fully air-dry the dishes prior to stacking them together. All equipment and food contact surfaces must be air-dried after properly cleaning and sanitizing. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
