Observed a handwashing sink in the front deli area that is starting to become detached from the wall. Discussed with person in charge to reseal the handwashing sink using caulking so that the handwashing sink is smooth and flush to the wall. All equipment must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair all equipment to a state of good repair prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.

Observed a foot pedal activated handwashing sink in the back area across from the large hot water sanitizing dish machine with a broken foot pedal for the hot water tap. The establishment has hot water; the tap is just not functional. Discussed with person in charge to have the broken foot pedal tap repaired. Person in charge had a work order put in for the repair of the handwashing sink pedal. Physical facility must be maintained in good repair at all times. Repair physical facility prior to next routine inspection. Corrective Action: Correct prior to next routine inspection.
