Observed whole cooked chicken in upright kitchen hot unit 130*f degrees, crockpot on counter top holding 127*f degrees queso cheese, Hot line mashed potatoes and mac and cheese found 130*f degrees, pulled pork found 108*f degrees. Items were out of temperature less than 2 hours. Reheated at time of inspected and verified 165*f degrees. Hot holding minimum temperature is 135*f degrees.
