Observed cooked chicken wings, pastrami, cut tomatoes and pasta all at a temperature of 45-46*F. Person in charge explained temperatures were taken 2 hours prior to inspector taking temperatures and items were at 39*F. After temperatures were taken walk-in cooler door was kept open for 45min to receive order. All items moved to beer walk in cooler holding 41*F at time of inspection.
