Inspector's notes

Observed inoperable handwash sink in the bar. Sink has been disconnected, and reconnection of the sink is not scheduled to take place for about 2 weeks when some equipment will be swapped out. PIC removed the swinging door to the kitchen handwash sink which is within 25 feet of servicing the entire bar. PIC is aware that the handwashing sink is required to be replaced in the bar. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.
