Inspector's notes
Observed Ortho Pest Control in the storage area in the backroom. Discussed with person in charge (PIC) that all pest control needs to be done by a certified pest control specialist. PIC stated they now have a certified pest control specialist, and they don't use the Ortho anymore. PIC asked employee to take the Ortho off the premises at time of inspection. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite. PIC removed pest control chemicals from premises at time of inspection. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

No paper towels or other approved hand drying provision observed in the employee restroom or hand sink near the 3 comp sink. Handwash sinks must be supplied with hot water of at least 100°F, soap and an approved hand drying provision at all times. Facilities must be maintained in a condition that promotes handwashing. PIC provided hand drying provision for handwash sink at time of inspection. Core-4-502.13 (B), C: Single-Service and Single-Use Articles-Use Limitations; Milk Dispensing Tubes ------ Observed dispensing tubes for milk and creamer at the self-service iced coffee dispenser with the tubing cut off at a blunt angle. Discussed that dispensing tube shall be cut on the diagonal (45*) leaving no more than one inch protruding from the chilled dispensing head. PIC trimmed the tubs to the appropriate angle at the time of inspection. Discussed ensuring iced coffee BIBs are appropriately assembled and cut prior to resuming self-service in the machine.
