Inspector's notes
Mechanical dishwasher was dispensing less than 25ppm. Dish machine was primed and was dispensing chlorine, but not at the appropriate level. PIC will use the dishwasher for washing and will set up 3rd compartment sink for sanitizing. PIC will also contact their dish machine vendor for service. Do not use dish machine for sanitizing until it reads between 50-100 ppm. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection.

Core-4-904.11, C: Kitchenware and Tableware-Preventing Contamination; Utensils, Equipment and Linens--During inspection observed the spoons and forks in a holding container with the lip contact surfaces oriented upwards in the self-service area for tenants. Upon request the spoons and forks were repositioned by the person in charge with the handle upwards, and the lip contact surface establishing contact with the holding container.
