Observed chili and cheese dispenser to have gauge missing from unit, holding opened chili with internal temperature measured to be 110*F and opened nacho cheese with internal temperature measured to be 114*F. Per person in charge items have been in unit since last night. Items were removed to voluntarily discard. See embargo.
