Observed 2 chlorine sanitizer wiping buckets with 200+ ppm chlorine. Person in charge indicated they ran out of quaternary ammonia sanitizer and started using chlorine as a backup. Discussed approved use of sanitizers with the person-in-charge (PIC). Sanitizer must be used at concentrations and in an approved manner per manufacturer instructions, 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Sanitizer was diluted by PIC to approved levels at time of inspection. Discussed using test strips to measure all sanitizers to ensure they are within their appropriate/adequate ranges per 40 CFR 180.940, and 40 CFR 180.2020. Corrective Action: Corrected at time of inspection. 7-202.11 - Priority Foundation: Restriction-Presence and Use Addl Notes: Observed two cans household fly insecticide in the establishment's chemical storage. All pest control for the establishment must be performed by a certified pest control specialist and chemicals for pest control must not be stored onsite.
