PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law 1) Provide an ASSE 1013 (RPZ) backflow device upstream of the rethermalizer. Provide a funnel drain below the relief port of the RPZ and drain to a floor sink. 2) Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve for any countertop steamer units, and all non-carbonated beverage equipment. 3) Replace the copper piping downstream of the RPZ backflow device for the soda equipment. Provide only plastic, PEX or stainless steel. 4) Test and certify all backflow devices and provide the test report. 5) Trim the riser so it does not go past the bottom of the 3-compartment sink basin. 6) Relocate the chemical dispenser detergent/sanitizer located above the 3-compartment sink.
