PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-205.15 (A), P: System Maintained in Good Repair; According to Law 1) Provide an ASSE 1013 (RPZ) backflow device upstream of the rethermalizer. Provide a funnel drain below the relief port of the RPZ and drain to a floor sink. 2) Provide an ASSE 1022 dual check valve for any countertop steamer units, all non-carbonated beverage equipment. 3) Test and certify all backflow devices and provide the report. 4) Adjust temperatures at the hand sinks as needed. All hand sink hot water temperatures must not go above 110’F. 5) Replace the foot pedal at the hand sink next to the cook line, or provide a new hand sink. 6) Provide 1-inch air gaps for all drain lines above a floor sink. 7) Remount the RPZ backflow device for the soda equipment. Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods 1) Reseal the base of the hand sink faucet or provide a new hand sink. 2) Provide high temperature silver colored silicone to the gaps of the hood. 3) Replace the floor sink grate underneath the 3-compartment sink. 4) Replace the floor sink grate below the 3-compartment sink. 5) Remount the chemical dispenser at the 3-compartment sink. 6) Replace any burnt out lights within the walk-in units. 7) Adjust the drive thru window so that it completely closes on its own.
