Also provide a proper solid surface table such as stainless steel for the ice machine to be placed onto. 2. Provide minimum 1 in. air-gaps between the ends of all drain pipes and the flood rims of the floor sinks they drain into. This includes the drain pipes in the bar area and in the mechanical dishwasher area. PRIORITY VIOLATION-5-203.14, P: Backflow Prevention Device, When Required; 1.
