OC inspection was conducted with the store manager, Stephanie K. The establishment is not open and operating. Permit is approved.Per owner, the establishment may add a soda fountain drink station. Please install a reduced pressure zone (RPZ) assembly (ASSE 1013) at the water connection point of the soda carbonator. Conduits and fittings downstream from the backflow preventer must be PEX or stainless steel. Do not use copper or brass alloys after the RPZ. Provide a drain cup for the vent port of the RPZ. Drainpipe must be rigid and indirectly discharge to a floor sink with minimum 1” air gap from the finished grade. Certify the backflow preventer and provide report.Please be advised all equipment must be commercial grade and ANSI certified. Ceilings must be light in color. (SPS EH-2012-006). Noted the concrete floor has a lot of gouges, gaps, saw-cuts, and cracks. Please fill all gouges, gaps, cracks and saw cuts throughout. Core-6-501.11, C: Repairing-Premises, Structures, Attachments, and Fixtures-Methods __ Noted gaps from door frame to adjacent walls. Please repair/ replace. The drywall ceiling above the restroom is cracked. Please replace. Provide semi-gloss/ high-gloss paint on the ceiling and walls throughout.
